At PoshLife Hair Boutique we maintain a very high level of quality assurance. All of our hair is prepared and professionally inspected at our office in Atlanta, GA. All products go through a detailed process to make sure you are receiving the best quality product possible. All hair orders are thoroughly inspected before shipping. It is our primary focus to make sure you are completely satisfied.

We stand behind our product and it’s 100% guaranteed. Since natural hair is reactive to a simple wash and deep conditioning product issues or concerns can often easily be remedied by implementing a simple care regimen. However, if you feel you’ve received a product that is truly defective and unusual we want to hear from you. If you have received any product that is defective you must contact us within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase.
Although no refunds or exchanges are permitted we will address any concerns. The customer may be instructed to return the hair along with the receipt for inspection. Note that perming, coloring, lifting, rinsing, cutting, removing the hair from the weft, or otherwise processing the hair VOIDS the Product Defect Exchange Policy. If PoshLife Hair verifies and agrees that the product is defective in any way, PoshLife Hair will then replace the item.
Online orders are shipped out on Monday -Friday by 4pm. Our Shipping department is closed on the weekends and holidays. If you purchase on a Saturday or Sunday your order will not be shipped out until the following business day. Standard shipping is between 2-7 business days. During Sales shipping, time may take longer. We aim to get all orders to their destination within our standard shipping time frame. Express delivery is available on some items upon request. All orders will be sent out through United States Postal Service. Standard priority shipping is between 2-7 business days. Once your order is processed you will receive a confirmation email and/or Tracking number within 24-48 hrs. Shipping fees will be calculated at check out.
All orders will be sent out by Royal Mail. Standard priority International shipping is between 3-7 business days. Once your order is processed you will receive a confirmation email and/or Tracking number within 24-48 hrs. Tracking can be checked through Royal Mail or Parcel Force. Shipping fees will be calculated at check out.

Customers will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from destination country, prior to ordering. We will not be responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees under any circumstance.
